New Account Form processing

NAF’s are prefilled, signed and can be uploaded. Now submission, approval, and tracking is 100% electronic and paperless. The required 17a3 letter is generated (window envelope ready) for quick mailing to Customer. The suitability data is then tracked and request to refresh sent every 36 months per regulations. FINCEN and OFAC checks are performed 100% automatically, and documented.

Direct business transaction entry processing

Equalizer empowers Reps with an easy process to submit their business electronically, so your firm can go paperless. On screen guidance ensures that NAF & sales disclosures are in place and our LaserApp integration prefills the account application. All appear immediately in Supervisory review queue, prescreened for compliance flags and linked to the application document images. The transaction is automatically placed on the Firms’ blotter. Clearing Firm Business
